Eng. Sujit Goswami
Eng. Sujit Goswami is a seasoned civil engineer with over 45 years of leadership experience across India, the UAE, Oman, and Qatar
As Founder & CEO of SGTC, he brings a deep understanding of end-to-end project delivery—from design to execution—spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, and large-scale infrastructure developments.
Known for his strategic insight, cross-cultural collaboration, and commitment to quality, Engr. Goswami continues to lead SGTC with vision, integrity, and a results-driven approach.
Soumya Goswami
Soumya Goswami holds a degree from the Institute of Hotel Management and a master’s from IIM Lucknow.
With over 15 years of diverse leadership experience across hospitality, banking, and insurance, he has successfully led teams as a Branch Manager in India and as a HR Manager, Business Development & Operations for leading hotel groups in Oman and Qatar.
Recognized for his strategic thinking and strong people management skills, Soumya plays a vital role at SGTC, collaborating closely with the Founder & CEO to drive growth and advance our business development efforts.
